The crucial equipment of huge manufacture enterprise always consists of multiple subsystems.there may exist many ways of connection among subsystems which include:series?parallel and hybrid junction that make up the key production facilities.Once the crucial equipment system is break down there will bring serious loss in revenue for operator.Recent years,more and more operators choose to outsource the different subsystems of the crucial equipment to the corresponding original equipment suppliers.The suppliers want their personal profit may result the reduce of availability.This paper coordinate the suppliers through PBC contract in the premise of the availability is guaranteed,operator will acquire the upmost profit.The way of breakdown for crucial equipment system has large relationship of its structure,its availability is not only influenced by the level of suppliers investment reliability at the stage of production,but also influenced by the level of investment recovery capacity at the stage of after-sale.The operator for the purpose of promote its level of profit in the premise of system availability is guaranteed,designing corresponding incentive mechanism is so important a measure.Now the performance-based contract is becoming a new mainstream service contract option among the operators and the suppliers.it gives the compensation to the suppliers according to the service performance outcome.In the view of the this new service mode of the domain of crucial equipment system,how the operators design the reasonable service contract to enhance the incentive for the suppliers in order to make sure its availability and at the meanwhile own the upmost profit for itself,more corresponding specific research work include as follow:(1)The PBC contract design for series crucial subsystems maintenance service.At the background of the overall outsource of the supply chain service process which consists of an operator and two suppliers,lead the punish allocate regulation which is bring by the cascade effect of the series structure,regard the principle-agent theory as the mode frame,research service capacity of suppliers and the contract design of operator in the environment of centralized decision and the three different ways of PBC contract.Investigation the level of the optimal suppliers recovery capacity investment at the three different ways of PBC contract;analysis the change regulation between the decision variable of the suppliers and the contract parameter;finally we compared the service capacity of the suppliers and the size of the profit for the operator considering symmetrical subsystems through matlab analysis of the three different ways of PBC contract.(2)The PBC contract design for parallel crucial subsystems maintenance service.The supply chain consists of an operator and two suppliers,lead the punish allocate regulation which is bring by the parallel structure,calculate the expected outage interruption time,add the reliability investment of suppliers,research the service capacity of the suppliers and the contract design of the operator in the environment of centralized decision and the ways of S3 PBC contract.finally we compared the service capacity of the suppliers and the size of the profit for the operator considering symmetrical subsystems through numerical analysis for the contract.(3)Potential application analysis for enterprise B.Taking the key equipment system of an enterprise as an example,we collect relevant subsystem failures and supplier data.Based on the above contract design theory,we give the optimal PBC design scheme,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the above models.This paper provides a decision support tool and theoretical guidance for the multi PBC contract design under the complex structure situation of the key equipment subsystem.
