With the rapid advancement of modern measurement technology and computer technology,spectral measurement technology has been applied to scientific research,industrial production and daily life.Due to the use environment,the diversity of measurement targets,and the application requirements such as remote data acquisition and control,the use of spectroscopic instruments is challenging to analyze and process large amounts of data generated by spectral measurements of various substances.Therefore,research in this area is urgent and of high practical value.This paper takes spectral measurement data processing and storage as the main work content,and carries out research work from the following aspects.First,the research background,data analysis tools and main contents of this topic are introduced.Second,the denoising method for noisy spectral data was studied.Based on the analysis of traditional threshold denoising method,an improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm is proposed.Compared with the traditional denoising method,the improved wavelet threshold denoising method can achieve better denoising effect.The experimental results show that the optimization threshold algorithm combining wavelet algorithm and genetic algorithm has better denoising effect than other existing denoising methods.Third,in order to improve the efficiency of remote data transmission,the compression method of spectral data files is studied.By comparing the performance of LZO algorithm and LZW algorithm in compression ratio and compression time,it is concluded that LZO algorithm has obvious advantages in compression and decompression speed,but the compression ratio is relatively low;on the contrary,LZW algorithm exchanges for sacrificing compression speed and the improvement of the compression ratio.In order to meet the requirements of future spectral data transmission network,the conclusion of using LZW algorithm as spectral data compression algorithm is obtained.The improved threshold function,genetic algorithm and LZW compression algorithm are applied to the spectral data processing and storage method,which can effectively improve the accuracy,convenience,flexibility and practicability of remote spectral data analysis.The Internet of Things has a facilitating role.
