Research And Development Of Rural Land Transfer Information Management System Based On GIS

With the acceleration of china’s information technology,urbanization and agricultural modernization,great changes have taken place in rural production and life style.For example,some migrant workers give up agricultural production and flood into city to find a job,which leads to a large number of rural labor forces were transferred to cities and towns.Rural hollowing is getting worse and worse and new kinds of agricultural operators are continuing to emerge.The speed of circulation of rural land is accelerating and the scale of circulation of rural land is also gradually expanding.In light of this,this dissertation has carried on the indepth analysis to the rural land circulation information system,and the structure of rural land circulation information management system is built based on NET,GIS,Web and so on.The land circulation information management system and land circulation information release system are constructed by using C/S and B/S mode respectively.The system realizes functions of land circulation warrant,land circulation information and unified management of farmer’s information and statistical analysis,equipment with the function such as map production,land planning design,land use status analysis,land information release,map release and basic functions,the scientific management and auxiliary decision-making of land transfer information can be provided to the relevant departments.This major research work are as follows:(1)This dissertation analyses the current research of rural land circulation,and then design the overall structure and function of the system based on need of rural land circulation information management system.The system function module are divided into eight functional modules,including the certificate management module,circulation service module,land management module,farmers management module,land supply release management module,land demand and information release management module,system management module and database monitoring module.(2)According to the functions of the rural land circulation information management system,the structure and storage of the database are designed,and database tables are designed too,which realize the access and operation of the system to the database.(3)The dissertation designs system as a mode which combines C/S with B/S,a rural land circulation information management system is adopted based on NET,ArcGIS Engine and Web technologies,and integrated with C#,Java and JavaScript technologies.The management part of the land circulation internal data is adopted on the C/S structure,while the external data release system adopts the B/S structure.Meanwhile,it realizes some basicfunctions of the rural land circulation information management system.
