| With the continuous development of China’s economy,China’s construction industry faces the dual pressure of foreign competition and domestic competition.Construction projects are the main task of the construction industry.In order to enhance the competitiveness of China’s construction industry,it is necessary to vigorously develop engineering projects,but there are various risks in the construction of the project,which seriously restricts its development.Therefore,strengthening the risk management of China’s construction projects can enhance its competitiveness and is of great significance to the development of China’s construction industry.This study firstly combs the theoretical basis of construction project risk management,and gives the definition of construction project risk and risk management.It concludes the risk management system of construction project and makes its risk identification,analysis,evaluation and response.A detailed overview and a description of the corresponding method.Secondly,the Beijing M construction project is analyzed as a concrete example.The basic situation of the Beijing M construction project is introduced.Through the Delphi method,11 key risks including design risk,bidding risk and management risk are finally identified.Then,on the basis of risk identification,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the risk of Beijing M construction project,and the risk ranking probability,risk loss,risk consideration and risk occurrence probability are considered separately.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the risk response strategies of quality risk,schedule risk,cost risk,organizational environmental risk and managerial capacity deficiency risk are proposed,which are risk evasion,risk acceptance and risk mitigation.Based on this,specific countermeasures are proposed.The innovations of this research:(1)the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Using the certain method of Delphi method,the risk of Beijing M construction project was identified and analyzed.The quantitative method of fuzzy AHP was used to evaluate the risk of Beijing M construction project.(2)Theory and practice.Combing,summarize and summarize the relevant theories of risk management of construction projects,and take the Beijing M construction project as an example,and apply a series of methods for risk identification,analysis,evaluation and response of the construction project to the project.Theory and practice.Figure 4,table 4,reference 77. |
