With the development of large-scale hydropower in China, the evaluation of the ecological environment and the ecological restoration are of great importance. This paper has carried out a series of beneficial research and practice on the evaluation method and index system of the ecological environment of different hydropower projects at home and abroad.Because the ecological impact index of the project is complex and diverse, the ecological impact assessment is difficult to quantify, and the research on the method and model of the ecological impact assessment has been a difficult and hot issue in the environmental impact assessment. This paper uses the basic principle of fuzzy mathematics, comprehensively adopts the literature analysis method, the fuzzy hierarchy evaluation method, has carried on the theoretical analysis to the hydropower project ecological environment appraisal method, has established the environmental impact assessment model.Ecological environmental impact assessment index system is complex and diverse, involving many aspects,multi-level,there are a large number of qualitative, quantitative indicators, the direction between the indicators is not consistent, one of the difficulties in carrying out ecological environmental assessment is how to achieve qualitative index quantification, determine the qualitative index membership. Therefore, using the basic principle of fuzzy mathematics, the membership function can solve the problem..In the process of index weight calculation, the subjective method determines that the weight is high and the objective calculation method determines that the weight cannot be integrated into the expert's experience. In order to overcome this difficulty, the subjective and objective method is used to determine the weight. On the basis of the calculation result of the subjective objective weight, the weighted method is used to calculate the comprehensive weight, which can not only fully mine the data information but also be well integrated into the expert experience.according to the data characteristics and the evaluation requirements of the investigation,In this paper, the social and economic ecological environment, the ecological environment and the humanistic ecological environment are used as the fixed physical quantity, which not only reflects the impact of the hydropower project on the ecological environment, but also the important basis for the effective evaluation of this effect. In this paper, when the dominant index is selected, not only the specific index variables are selected, but also the ecological environment characteristics of the region can be reflected.Taking the A project as an example, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the ecological environment of AnGu hydropower project.According to the basic model of the evaluation,a preliminary evaluation of the environmental impact of the A project is carried out,and the influencing factors of the ecological environment of the A project are obtained, including the soil.Soil erosion, drinking water pollution and environment pollution. In this paper, the main objective assignment method is used to calculate the index weight, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to carry out the evaluation of the ecological environment impact of the A project operation period. In view of the influence factors of the ecological environment of the A project, the author puts forward the measures for the protection of soil erosion and the ecological environment of the resettlement area. The protection of drinking water source and the protection of biological diversity have a certain reference to the ecological environment protection of the hydropower station.
