With the continuous improvement of precision of precision measurement field,how to realize new type high-precision precision measurement appears very important.In recent years,with the rapid development of quantum precision technology,the high-precision measurement based on solid state quantum diamond NV color center has become the center of research?NV color center has many unique properties,such as it has longer coherence time in room temperature,properties are stable.Because NV color center has these special properties,it has a wide range of application prospects in the field of sensors,it also has important uses in quantum sensing.However,at room temperature,the sensitivity of NV color center ensemble is proportional to the decoherence time,which is generally on the order of 100 ns,the application of NV color center ensemble in the field of higher precision measurement is greatly limited.So,the main work of this thesis is as followings:1.The basic principle of quantum manipulation is studied systematically.Then,the construction and optimization of the experimental system has been completed,and the highprecision measurement of NV color core level under the action of 40 Gs magnetic field was realized by using the continuous optical detection magnetic resonance technology.2.Then the microwave field is used to realize the high-precision control of the ground state level of NV color center quantum,observe the Rabi oscillation of a typical two-level quantum system.Obtain microwave ? pulse period of dynamic decoupling3.Based on the basic principle of dynamic decoupling,the regulation sequence of periodic ? pulse is constructed to realize the quantum state regulation of NV color center ensemble.4.By systematically studying the influence of the number of pulses in the sequence and the period of the sequence on the decoherence time of the system in the process of dynamic decoupling under the existing experimental conditions,the optimal decoherence time in the experimental system was finally obtained,which laid an experimental foundation for the subsequent application of high-precision magnetic detection based on NV color center ensemble.
