In recent years,with the rapid development of the network economy,the O2O take-out industry,as a typical representative of the Internet catering industry,has also been greatly developed and is loved by more and more people.However,due to the huge demand of users and the higher time requirement for take-out food,the traditional takeaway delivery modes are no longer to meet the needs of modern distribution.So the major take-out platforms urgently need to seek a new method to distribute food.Crowdsourcing,as a new distribution method,can effectively alleviate the pressure of takeaway orders,reduce costs and gradually integrate into the O2O take-out market.However,owing to the current crowdsourcing model is not yet mature and stable,there are still some problems need to be solved,such as unreasonable path planning,low efficiency of delivery,poor income and work enthusiasm for riders.These problems have seriously hindered the further development of the O2O takeaway crowdsourcing model.Therefore,in this context,how to reasonably optimize the existing crowdsourcing delivery routes to maximize the average benefits of crowdsourcing riders and improve their delivery efficiency and work enthusiasm are the key problems that need to be solved urgently at present.In view of the above problems,based on the actual consumption scenario of O2O takeaway,the routes of O2O takeaway crowdsourcing are optimized qualitatively and quantitatively by building models and designing algorithms,which can provide a useful reference for the future development of O2O takeaway crowdsourcing.The research contents are as follows.First of all,this paper reviews and summarizes the relevant research results of the crowdsourcing distribution of O2O take-out and determines the research content,technical route and innovation;Secondly,the article introduces the related theory of O2O take-out crowdsourcing distribution,including its basic connotation,organization structure,operation process,network characteristics and profit model etc;Then through the research on the development status of O2O takeaway crowdsourcing,we point out the current problems in it;Thirdly,aiming at the problem,considering the timeliness,uncertainty and dynamicity of the road condition of the O2O take-out crowdsourcing distribution network,we put maximum crowdsourcing riders' benefits as the goal,respectively construct the 020 takeaway crowdsourcing model under the basic and time-varying dynamic road network,and use the genetic-tabu hybrid algorithm to solve them;Finally,we take the F crowdsourcing platform as an example to verify the effectiveness of the three models and the algorithm.And the result shows that compared with single algorithm,genetic-tabu hybrid algorithm has better convergence speed and solution quality.And the optimized route schemes of the three models can effectively improve the average revenue of crowdsourcing riders and the delivery efficiency.At the same time,on the premise of guaranteeing customer satisfaction and safe distribution,the O2O take-out enterprises can properly enhance the order-taking ability of crowdsourcing riders.
