| The thickness control of the lithium battery pole piece is a very important part in the production process of the lithium battery,which directly determines the performance indexes of the lithium battery capacity,charge and discharge speed,cycle life and so on.Therefore,it is partcularly important to measure the thickness of a lithium battery pole piece.Traditional manual testing methods,labor intensity,product quality is not guaranteed.In order to realize the high-quality measurement of the thickness of the lithium battery pole piece in industrial production,a lithium battery pole piece laser thickness measurement system based on image processing,Zynq-7010 and area array CCD.Main research content:1.The study of image acquisition optical path structure,to analysis Laser triangulation displacement measurement method、synchronous double optical path differential thickness measurement method and detection principle of the laser thickness measurement system is comprehensively understood to determine the image acquisition optical path measurement structure.2、The overall framework of the laser thickness measurement system is realized by the image processing hardware platform(Zynq),the hardware selection(laser,lens,camera)of the image acquisition system,and the Gigabit Ethernet interface part.3、The image processing algorithm of the laser thickness measurement system is used to preprocess the spot image,and the Hough transform recognizes the circle.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used sub-pixel spot center positioning algorithms,the sub-pixel suitable for the detection object of the system is selected.4、System software and hardware co-processing and hardware acceleration research,the system software and hardware functions are divided,the FPGA is used to implement related image processing algorithms,and the algorithm is encapsulated into an IP core as an ARM-side peripheral to implement software and hardware co-processing,using Vivado HLS hardware designes image processing algorithms.5、System software research,complete the construction and transplantation of Linux embedded system,useing QT to design the upper computer interface.Finally,the image acquisition optical structure and Zynq image processing platform of the system are built and debugged.To use standard lithium battery pole pieces.the precision and stability of the system were tested,and the experimental error was analyzed in the laboratory.According to Experimental result,The system measures the thickness of the lithium battery pole piece to lum,and the indication error does not exceed+3um.It satisfies the requirements for thickness detection of lithium battery pole pieces in the production process and has a good application prospect. |
