This paper aims to analyze the mixing performance of a ?45 reciprocating single-screw pin extruder.A two-dimensional model based on periodic boundary conditions was established for fluid zones and screws by Polyflow software.The missing particles were used to observe the dispersion of materials,and the parameters affecting the mixing performance of the double-screw pin extruder were analyzed to improve the reciprocating single-screw extruder.Mixed performance provides valuable theoretical results.Based on the generalized Newtonian isothermal flow problem in Polyflow software,the finite element parameter simulation method of viscous fluid is used to study the dispersion of materials in the flow field of reciprocating single-screw pin extruder by using the two-dimensional model of periodic boundary conditions.Features and analysis of the cleaning effect of the pin on the rib.The fiedview software was used to observe the changes of the flow field characteristic parameters,and dynamically compare and analyze the flow parameters of different geometric parameters and process parameters.By changing the screw speed,outlet back pressure,pin rotation speed,number of reciprocating movements and number of pin rows,geometric models were established respectively,and the corresponding parameter parameters were simulated and analyzed.The velocity distribution,pressure distribution and viscous heat distribution in the flow field were analyzed.The changes of various parameters such as flow pattern and axial mixing condition were studied,and the influence of process parameters and geometric parameters on the mixing performance of the reciprocating single-screw pin extruder was studied.
