Ultrasonic flowmeter has gradually become the best solution for on site large-diameter water flow measurement because of its no pressure loss,portability,convenient installation and multi-channel configuration to adapt to the complex flow field.The flow calculation model involves multiple geometric parameters such as pipe diameter,channel length,channel angle,and channel height.After the ultrasonic flowmeter is installed,accurate on-site measurement of these geometric parameters is required,and the measurement results are obtained.Input into the flowmeter host and participate in the calculation of the flowmeter indication value.For large-caliber ultrasonic flowmeters that require on-site probe installation,the accuracy of the geometric parameters is directly related to the accuracy of the flowmeter.Main work:(1)The measurement experiment of the flowmeter geometric parameters based on the total station was completed.Since the measurement work is carried out inside the flow channel,in addition to overcoming the harsh experimental environment,the comparison from the construction of the measuring device,the data acquisition to the measurement data analysis and the comparison of the measurement results is completed.(2)The actual measurement experiment of the flowmeter geometric parameters based on the three-coordinate measuring arm was completed.Completed the measurement of geometric parameters of various caliber pipes and calculated their geometric parameters.Completed the task of calibrating the coordinate measuring arm.(3)The geometric parameter measurement method of large-diameter ultrasonic flowmeter based on laser tracker is established,which not only solves the problem of measuring the external geometric parameters of the pipeline,but also has a high level of uncertainty.
