As the skeleton of urban development,the road transportation network system is the carrier of social and economic activities and passenger and freight transportation.It plays a key role in promoting the development of productivity,accelerating the movement of materials and people,and improving the living standards of the people.Road traffic accidents are the "first killer" of unnatural death in today's society,and are the result of a combination of factors such as people,vehicles,road shape,natural environment and management.Due to the complexity and unpredictability of risk receptors,research on "vehicle-road" systems is too limited to meet the needs of modern transportation regulation.With the development of digitalization and the development of new technologies for "big cloud moving intelligence",based on the modern Internet of Things and monitoring system,this paper starts from the "road shape-ring mirror" system and couples single-factor risk or multi-factor risk to study road traffic Dynamic risk.In order to establish a scientific and comprehensive road traffic shape safety risk grading assessment model and meteorological safety risk grading assessment model,this paper studies the characteristics and laws of urban road traffic accidents,explains risk-related concepts and assessment methods,collates and collects accident data,and Literature information,statistical analysis of accident characteristics,road shape characteristics,meteorological information,and research on the influencing factors of safety risks..Identify four road shape safety risk grading models of "bend,slope,bridge,tunnel" and three types of meteorological risk grading models of "rain,snow,fog".Analyze the assessment objects from the perspective of possibility,severity and sensitivity The main risk influencing factors,applying AHP and expert questionnaire survey,screening indicators,constructing a judgment matrix,determining the weight of secondary indicators such as traffic saturation,longitudinal gradient,road grade,safety facilities,visibility,etc."Steep slope","bridge","tunnel" transportation road shape safety risk classification evaluation index system and "rain","snow","fog" meteorological environment risk classification evaluation index system.With the help of the risk matrix method,a four-level road traffic dynamic coupling risk grading model of "high,high,medium and low" is constructed.Scenario assumptions,under different time periods,different traffic volumes,different periods,and different meteorological conditions,empirical applications are applied to some sections of North Fourth Ring Road West and Badaling Expressway in Beijing to determine the actual road traffic risk level,and drive relevant departments and vehicles Staff proposed countermeasures.
