During the logistics management of enterprises,the explicit knowledge(such as transport routes,standard operation rules,and so on)should be adjusted to the operation environment.The knowledge management system,based on the accumulation of successful experience,can improve the management efficiency,and support the employees to make correct decision.Unlike the standard production line,the working quality of employees in logistic industry depends on tacit knowledge such as technology,personal experience,ability,and so on.The tacit knowledge hidden in the minds of employees.The knowledge cannot be used to improve the competitiveness of logistics enterprise unless the knowledge sharing existed.Therefore,how to share the knowledge in logistics enterprises and transform the tacit knowledge into imitable operations are key factors to influence the development of logistics enterprises.This paper constructs the knowledge sharing game models based on SH logistics enterprise.The knowledge sharing status of SH enterprise and the existed knowledge sharing mechanism within employees are analyzed.The relevant data of SH enterprise knowledge sharing are collected.The research can help enterprise make efficient knowledge sharing incentive mechanism.Firstly,this paper constructs the two-person Stackelberg game model for SH enterprise knowledge sharing.The optimal return function and the equilibrium condition for both participants are calculated.Then,the n-person knowledge sharing game model is constructed.The amount of effect knowledge in sharing is calculated,and the equilibrium condition is analyzed based on employees’ production function.The incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing under different scenarios is studied.Finally,this paper analyzed the game results and the corresponding knowledge sharing incentive strategies according to SH enterprise production data.In conclusion,the paper studies the incentive mechanism of SH enterprise knowledge sharing based on Game theory.The research results can help small and medium sized logistics enterprises to establish optimal knowledge sharing incentive system.
