The Application Of Game Theory In The Transformation Of Supervision Enterprises To Whole-process Engineering Consulting Enterprises

Transformation and upgrading is the only way for supervision enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.At the national and local whole process are carried out under the background of engineering consulting,supervision enterprises should grasp the opportunity to participate in the whole process of engineering consultancy services to expand the service mode,profitability and competitiveness,transformation and upgrading of the whole process of engineering consulting enterprises,it is not only beneficial to the sustainable development of supervision enterprise,also has the profound significance to the development of consultation industry in our country.This paper first describes the background of the transformation of supervision enterprises,and analyzes the advantages of the transformation of supervision enterprises,as well as the purpose of the transformation,and makes clear the research content of this paper.Secondly,through reading domestic and foreign literature,the development of game theory and its application and the status of supervision industry at home and abroad are sorted out.Then the classification and modeling elements of game theory are introduced,and the stakeholders involved in the transformation process of supervision enterprises are determined by the stakeholder theory.Then the incomplete information dynamic game model between the supervision enterprise and the proprietor is constructed by using the game theory method to solve the difficulty of the whole process consulting project entrusted by the proprietor in the bidding stage.Finally using evolutionary game theory method to build the supervision enterprises and the government based on government Fang strong and weak incentives under the strategy of evolutionary game model,analyzes the two sides in the process of transformation strategy under the influence of interaction for a long time,finally the evolutionary stable strategy,but also influence on the strategy of parameter sensitivity analysis on both sides.At the same time,the evolutionary game model of the supervision firm and the design firm is established based on the cooperation and non-cooperation strategy of the two parties,and the evolutionary stability strategy of the two parties is analyzed,and the sensitivity analysis of the parameters affecting the cooperation is carried out.Finally,Matlab2020 a software is used to simulate the evolutionary game model.The results show that in the current construction market credit level is still very low,owners should fully investigate the probability distribution of active and passive transformation supervision enterprises in the market,so as to avoid blind entrusting,resulting in adverse selection problems in the market,which is not conducive to the transformation of supervision enterprises.When the government adopts the strong incentive strategy of appropriate reward and punishment,it is beneficial to promote the transformation of the supervision enterprises.When the excess income of the supervision enterprise and the design unit can cover the cost and speculative income of the cooperation,it is possible for the two sides to cooperate to carry out the whole process engineering consulting.
