As a high-tech technology,remote sensing technology plays an increasingly important role in geological prospecting work due to its short operating period,low economic cost,fewer constraints,less risk,green and environmental protection.In this paper,the semi-exposed area in Maqu,Gansu is taken as the research area,combined with the study of typical deposits in this area,ASTER remote sensing data is selected for alteration information extraction,and ASTER remote sensing data is combined with PALSAR remote sensing radar data for geological structure information extraction.Finally,we integrated information such as remote sensing,geology and geochemical exploration,with the help of the GIS platform,to carry out overlapping analysis of various data,to carry out prospecting prediction,and to carry out field verification work.Through the above research,the following knowledge and results have been obtained:(1)The study of typical deposits in the study area has laid the foundation for the targeted establishment of remote sensing prospecting models.This study takes the Dashui Gold Mine as the representative,has carried out research and analysis on the deposit,clarified the key points of remote sensing prospecting,and made the extraction of remote sensing prospecting information more targeted and effective.(2)The geographical landscape of the study area belongs to the semi-exposed area.For this kind of landscape,this paper proposes a method to effectively extract the remote sensing alteration information in the study area.This method divides the bare area and vegetation area according to the NDVI in the study area.For the exposed area and the vegetation area,different methods were adopted to extract the remote sensing alteration information,and good results were obtained.(3)Using ASTER remote sensing data and PALSAR remote sensing radar data,the remote sensing geological structure information of the study area was effectively extracted.Using the interpretation mark of the optical remote sensing data,combined with the characteristics of the strong penetration of the radar image data and the rich texture information,the extraction and interpretation of the geological structure in the study area were carried out.Through the combined use of the two data,the remote sensing linear structure and the ring structure of the study area were successfully extracted.(4)On the GIS platform,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of prospecting information such as remote sensing,geology and geochemical exploration,and conducted prospecting prediction.Finally,six gold prospecting target areas were delineated.We found 2 gold deposits and 2 mineralized spots during field verification.(5)Comprehensive analysis and field verification of multiple prospecting information indicate that remote sensing alteration information plays an important role in geological prospecting.At the same time,the multi-information prospecting method provides scientific basis and prospecting support for the future prospecting in the area.
