Research On The Risk And Prevention Of Ship-Source Oil Spill Pollution At Xianrendao Port Of Yingkou

Xianrendao Port of Yingkou is located in Gaizhou City,on the east bank of the Liaodong Peninsula.It is 15km away from the Bayuquan and 70km away from Yingkou City.With the development of the port,the number of ships entering and leaving the port and the cargo throughput increased dramatically.It may pose a huge risk to the marine environment,tourism environment and human health,if a contaminant leakage occurs during the transportation and handling of oil cargo.In view of this,this article takes the Xianrendao port area as an example,based on the full on-the-spot investigation of its surroundings,collects information on the port conditions,navigation channel general situation,berth status and environmental overview of the Xianrendao port.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FSA)method is used to evaluate and analyze the oil spill risk in the Xianrendao port area.The evaluation results show that the oil spill risk in the Xianrendao port area is small.Secondly,this paper uses ship accident statistical analysis,pollution accident prediction,tidal current field numerical simulation,marine oil spill behavior model,oil spill response capability and other aspects to fturther verify and analyze the FSA model,further from ship pollution,acceptable level of risk,High risk areas for risk assessment.On the basis of the above research work,the paper finally puts forward countermeasures to reduce the risk of oil spill pollution from ships,and comprehensively analyzes the rationality of anti-pollution emergency facilities and defense forces currently equipped in Yingkou Port from the perspective of preventing and controlling the environmental capacity of ships polluting waters.Demonstrate a constructive opinion on the supplementary equipment plan for the terminal oil spill emergency equipment,so as to achieve the role and purpose of safeguarding the safe production of the port of Xianrendao Port Area.The development of the research on oil spill risk and pollution prevention at Xianrendao port of Yingkou will reduce the adverse impact of oil spill as much as possible.It is necessary for the construction and development of Xianrendao port to formulate countermeasures to reduce the risk of ship-source oil spill pollution.Meanwhile,this research also has a universal significance...
