The Donghui exploration area is located in the suibin basin,the only Mesozoic transitional sedimentary area in northeast China.The coal-bearing strata in the study area are characterized by large thickness,many coal seams and complete coal types.In recent years,the basin has carried out a lot of mineral resources exploration work,has made substantial geological achievements,for the basin exploration and study to provide a detailed theoretical basis,but there are still some areas of the suibin basin geological work needs in-depth study.The Donghui exploration area as the research object,this paper collected exploration area reconnaissance and detailed investigation and exploration phase of drilling data and the related research literature,integrated coal geology,sedimentology,sedimentary environment,and so on related theory,on the lithological characteristics,the logging curve characteristics,based on the analysis of the characteristics of particle size distribution,children in the study area city river formation identified in the delta,rivers,lakes and other sedimentary system.On this basis,the characteristics of various sedimentary systems are discussed,and the law of coal accumulation is analyzed.The Donghui exploration area is located in the northern part of the Jixian coalfield,and the stratigraphic system in the area is simple.The Lower Mesozoic Lower Cretaceous Jixi Group Chengzihe Formation developed in the whole area is a set of continental sedimentary coal-bearing rock series,which is the main stratum of this study.It is covered by a thick Neogene and Quaternary loose layer,and its underlying rock formation is the Upper Jurassic Dongrong Formation.The study area moves from the coal-bearing strata to the north-south,monoclinic structure inclined to the west,and the dip angle of the coal-bearing strata is 5°-15°.The local section is affected by fault development and the intrusion of igneous rocks in the coal-bearing strata,which causes the local dip angle to become steep,and some reach 36°-55°.During the deposition stage of the lower part of the Chengzihe Formation,a large-scale retreat occurred at this time.A large number of deltas and marsh wetlands in the coastal plain developed in the basin.The terrain gradually flattened,creating a good environment for the growth of large plants.Occurred in the area,the coal accumulation capacity is good,and a good coal accumulation environment is formed.During the sedimentary period of the Chengzihe Formation,many small basins appeared,including inland lake sediments,lake delta sediments,rivers,and alluvial plain sediments,which belong to continental sediments.The area has stable sedimentation in a large area,and the sedimentary environment has transformed into a plain swamp,which has become gentle,vegetation has developed extensively,peat swamping has occurred throughout the region,and coal accumulation capacity has reached its peak.The economic value of the coal seams contained in the upper section of the Chengzihe Formation is relatively low.The lithology in the study area is dominated by dark gray siltstones and horizontal-slow wave bedding in silt sandstone interlayers.The deep water environment is not conducive to plant growth.
