With the progress and development of the society,the state attaches great importance to the study of Marine meteorological elements,and obtaining accurate meteorological elements data is of great significance for the development and development of the ocean.At present,there are many kinds of acquisition equipment,such as low precision,easy loss,short life and so on.To solve these problems,this paper designs and implements a shipborne integrated meteorological elements measuring platform,which integrates the collection of six Marine meteorological elements,namely wind speed,wind direction,temperature and humidity,air pressure and rainfall,and realizes the real-time display and storage of data.The purpose of using the real knowledge of Marine meteorological elements is to provide detailed data support for ocean big data analysis,and finally to provide safety guarantee for the safe navigation of ships.In this paper,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the initial weight threshold of Elman neural network,and wind speed and direction prediction model is established to realize the calculation of real wind speed and direction value,and the comparison experiment of classical Elman neural network,classical BP neural network and optimized Elman neural network is completed.Next,the standard protocol of IEEE1451 is used to design the system model of the platform.On this basis,hardware construction and software design can be realized,and standard interfaces can be provided for other devices,so as to realize the "plug and play" of sensors and extend the universality of the platform.In terms of hardware,the selection of the main control module is analyzed,the peripheral circuit module and the weather sensor module are designed,the data transmission drive module realizes the communication between the sensor data acquisition and data processing,and the system communication module realizes the communication between the sensor and the upper computer.In terms of software,the design of measuring subroutine of six meteorological elements and related software flow chart is described,the connection of sensor hardware and software is completed,and the interface is built by PyQt5,the front-end framework of Python,and the collected information is displayed in real time.Finally,the function of the system platform is tested and summarized.This topic design platform for the meteorological measurement,the optimization of the Elman neural network to calculate the true value of wind speed and direction in the ocean,to improve the accuracy of measurement,and ultrasonic sensors based on time difference method is used to realize the collection of wind speed and direction,compared with the traditional mechanical sensor,ultrasonic sensor is not easy to loss,longer service life in the sea,so the measurement platform has good application prospect in the Marine environment.
