Wind affects the social activities of human beings,and monitoring of wind speed and direction is very important.With the development of science and technology,ultrasonic flow measurement technology has been developed rapidly,and the use of ultrasonic wind information has become a hot research topic.The research work of ultrasonic wind speed and wind direction measurement has made great progress and application in China or abroad.However,compared with the application demand of three dimensional ultrasonic wind speed wind direction measurement and the rapid increase of its application market,the related design research work is still relatively little.At the same time,in the field of three-dimensional wind measurement,the ultrasonic wind measurement principle has obvious advantages compared with the traditional mechanical wind measurement principle and the thermal wind measurement principle.The time difference method is adopted in the paper after investigating all kinds of ultrasonic wind measuring techniques.It is mean that the propagation of ultrasonic wave in the air will be affected by the wind speed,and there will be a time difference between the downwind and the upwind.A three-dimensional ultrasonic wind measuring system based on stm32 microprocessor for system control and data processing is designed,and the mechanical structure of the prototype is designed based on this basic principle.The main work finished in this paper is as follows: Study the development status of ultrasonic anemometer in China and abroad and summarize the various ultrasonic wind measurement methods and principles.The array model of three-dimensional ultrasonic sensor is established based on the time difference method measurement principle.Design ultrasonic circuit,signal switching circuit,signal conditioning circuit,A/D sampling circuit and other hardware circuits.Develop software in Keil development environment.Write ultrasonic probe control,data acquisition,temperature detection,data processing,wind speed and wind direction calculation.The high-speed AD chip is matched with the high-speed AD chip on the hardware circuit for high-efficiency parallel digital-to-analog conversion.The software adopts the DMA high-speed acquisition method for data reading.At the same time,a method of obtaining the echo signal feature points by moving the sampling interval is proposed to judge the exact position of the echo signal,which has certain innovation and proves its feasibility.Finally,the prototype was assembled,and the functions and requirements in the designindicators have been realized after several joint debugging and optimization in the wind tunnel inspection equipment.The test results show that the wind speed can reach 0.4m/s(wind speed?10m/s)and less than 6% of the measured value(wind speed >10m/s),and the accurate wind direction can reach 3°(wind speed >5m/s).)and less than 6°(wind speed ?5m/s).Design research and experiments show that the designed three-dimensional anemometer can meet the requirements of the industry and reduce the application cost.It has broad application prospects and high application value in the field of wind speed and wind direction measurement.
