Research On Multi-granularity Soft Rough Fuzzy Set

With the continuous development of science and technology and the extensive application of computer systems,massive data information is constantly pouring into.In order to make computers identify complex things like human brain,it is necessary to study and deal with the ambiguity of data.How to analyze fuzzy data efficiently and discover its potential and valuable information is a problem we are actively exploring.This paper defines a new probabilistic rough set model:multi granularity soft probabilistic rough set model,which enhances the ability to process fuzzy data.Based on soft rough fuzzy sets,a multi granularity soft rough set model is proposed,which is a new method to deal with uncertain information and describe fuzzy concepts.The advantage of the multi granularity soft rough fuzzy set is that,compared with the traditional multi attribute decision making method,the multi attribute decision making method combining the fuzzy set can better deal with the uncertainty,complexity and fuzziness of human thinking.The integration of multi granularity preserves the integrity of the original information space,so that the granularity structure of the information space is not destroyed.Therefore,the research of multi granularity soft rough set theory and its related applications is of great theoretical significance and practical application value.Firstly,this paper mainly introduces the research status of granular computing and fuzzy set theory at home and abroad,and develops relevant theoretical research,which lays a theoretical foundation for the full text.Secondly,in this paper,we extend the probabilistic rough set model and define a multi granularity soft probabilistic rough set model,the relevant definitions and conclusions of the multi granularity soft probabilistic rough set are put forward,and some of the conclusions are given.Thirdly,based on soft rough fuzzy sets,a multi granularity soft rough fuzzy set model is proposed in this paper,the definition,properties and conclusions of the multi granularity soft rough fuzzy set model are proposed.Finally,based on the proposed multi granularity soft rough fuzzy set model,a multi granularity soft fuzzy decision system is constructed,and its relative attribute reduction and decision algorithm are further studied.The proposed algorithm is applied to the selection of component adaptation schemes in the process of software reuse,and the effectiveness of the algorithm in practical application is proved by examples.
