In 1974,Japanese scholar Sugeno put forward the concept of fuzzy measure and integral. The fuzzy measure has been developed rapidly as a whole new theory. As an important part of fuzzy mathematics, fuzzy probability integral is an integral form which combines fuzzy probability with integral. In this paper, the fuzzy multiplication operator and fuzzy summation operator are designed by T-module and S-module condition, and the credible measure is established. The Sugeno fuzzy probability integral is redefined by combining the fuzzy quasi-multiplication operator in the measure space, and the linear and nonlinear properties of the integral are proved. This provides a basis for the enrichment and development of Sugeno fuzzy probability integral theory. In order to solve the problem of unstable battery performance,a method for evaluating the performance of a battery based on the fuzzy probability of a multiplicative operator is presented in this paper. The method combines the fuzzy probability with the comprehensive evaluation, selects a plurality of factors which influence the performance of the battery, establishes a judgment matrix, overcomes the limitation and the fuzziness existing in the evaluation factors, and enables the calculation result to directly reflect the performance of the battery. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing with the Delphi coefficient of variation combination weighting method. It is proved that the evaluation method is suitable for the performance evaluation of large number of battery samples and provides the decision basis for the group of power batteries.
