In this paper,fuzzy mathematics is combined with engineering problems in the study of pulverized coal rotary feeder,a new fuzzy evaluation method is innovated and a new fuzzy controller is designed,the study contents are as follows:(1)According to the definition of fuzzy integral,it obviously depends on fuzzy measure and fuzzy operator.Firstly,this paper defines a ?-fuzzy measure;then,a pair of optimized Einstein operators are designed as ?-fuzzy product-like operators and ?-fuzzy sum-like operators,which are proved to satisfy the conditions of T-mode and S-mode respectively;finally,on the ?-fuzzy measure space,?-fuzzy product-like probability integral defined by the newly designed product operator is given,and its related theorem is proved.(2)This paper takes a pulverized coal rotary feeder mechanism as a subject of study,which mainly research the influence of different working parameters of the feeder on the performance status of the whole device.Firstly,the optimized fuzzy probability integral designed above is applied to the evaluation of the performance state of pulverized coal rotary feeder,the weight value of each indicator in the evaluation process is established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-improved entropy weight method;then contrasted it with the traditional evaluation results,it can be concluded that the newly designed evaluation method can rank each feeder,which can overcome the disadvantage that the traditional evaluation method can only judge the excellent and poor performance of the device.(3)It is known that the small random quantity produced in the practical application of variable universe fuzzy control will disturb the control effect,therefore,this paper adds random thought to the variable universe fuzzy controller,and an optimized random variable universe fuzzy controller is designed.Firstly,a scaling factor with random quantity is constructed,and the function image of the expansion performance of this factor is given;then it is combined with fuzzy controller to control the coal output of pulverized coal rotary feeder to improve the working efficiency of the device;finally,the simulation diagrams of it and the traditional fuzzy controller are given respectively,the comparison shows that the new designed fuzzy control effect is superior.
