With the rapid development of industrialization,land space and resources are becoming increasingly tense,and the development and utilization of the ocean has become an urgent need of countries all over the world.Since the reform and opening up,China's offshore detection equipment technology has made some progress,but the detection technology for the offshore and deep sea is not perfect.The marine acoustic in-situ measurement technology is an indispensable means for ocean acoustic measurement,and its importance is not mentioned.Yu,from the perspective of enhancing the country's independent innovation capability,it is also necessary to develop a submarine acoustic in-situ measurement system.According to the current development direction of underwater acoustic in-situ measurement technology,the defects of domestic and foreign in-situ measurement system are analyzed in this paper,a field-based underwater acoustic in-situ photoelectric measurement and control system is developed.The system consists of an underwater cabin control system and a deck monitoring system.It uses a modular design and has strong software and hardware scalability.Combined with the needs of the subject,the control system is equipped with an embedded operating system,unified scheduling of multi-tasking,and the use of opto-electronic composite cable to achieve multi-mode control of the control system and high-definition visual monitoring data transmission.The hardware design of the control system is based on the Cortex-A8 processor.The modular design is used to design the communication board with three communication modes: fieldbus CAN communication,serial communication and network communication.The system communication function is realized.The signal acquisition board is designed.The card realizes the sensor signal acquisition function;the signal output(relay)board is designed to realize the system control function.The deck monitoring system design enables the configuration of fiber optic communication resources and the health status monitoring function of the submarine cabin control system board.The system software design is divided into embedded software design and PC software design of the main control system.The embedded software design of the main control system uses multithread programming under the embedded Linux operating system to realize the functions of acoustic unit control,peripheral sensor signal acquisition and analysis,system work logic realization,and data self-capacity storage.The system host computer implements a variety of work mode selection,visual monitoring interface,manual intervention and work system data export.The field bus-based submarine acoustic in-situ photoelectric control system developed in this paper is tested and adjusted by the laboratory and the workshop,I went to the Western Pacific with the expedition team to perform more than 40 days of scientific research tasks.In the actual scientific research task,the whole system achieves stable application and can meet the design requirements of the project.
