Research On Utilization Of Tidal Flat Resources In Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province

As the concrete practice of the construction of ecological civilization,the implementation of the central party committee in the use of tidal flats resources evaluation research is all the more important,this article from the economic effect,social benefit,ecological benefit and benefit of space Angle of view to build the coastal shoal resources in yancheng city in jiangsu province using the evaluation system of the four subsystems,for the four subsystems selected 22 indicators as a three-level index,thus form a complete system of tideland resources by using comprehensive evaluation,using the entropy method to calculate weight of the indexes and the evaluation index,and calculate the coordination degree between subsystems in 2005-2017.The results show that although the economic effect,social benefit,ecological benefit and spatial benefit of the four subsystems and the comprehensive benefit evaluation index fluctuate during the development period,they all show an upward trend.All the sub-systems have been in a state of coordinated development.Only in2013,the coordination state of economic benefits and ecological benefits was on the verge of unbalanced development,with a coordination degree of 0.443.According to the evaluation index,comprehensive evaluation index,and the coordination status of the subsystems of the utilization of the tidalflat resources along the beach in Yancheng City,how to improve the lower social,ecological,and economic benefits of the evaluation index and improve the overall system integrated comprehensive benefits are proposed.Pertinent countermeasures and suggestions: 1.Improving the social benefits of the use of coastal beach resources: improving the minimum guarantee system for fishermen's lives and exploring unemployment subsidies during the off-season;2.Improving the ecological benefits of using the coastal beach resources: improving industrial pollution emission standards and increasing residents And corporate ecological protection awareness;three,to improve the spatial efficiency of coastal tidal flat resources: to enhance the function of coastal tidal flat infrastructure and improve the use of coastal tidal flats;four,to improve the overall efficiency of coastal tidal flats resources: to coordinate the benefits of the various subsystems 1.Reasonably divide the use of coastal mudflat resources.
