Research On Spatial Zoning Of Coastal Zone Based On Land-Sea Coordination

The coastal zone is an area where has a certain width.It is a transition zone between land and sea,with the most superior resource types and environmental conditions.However,with the continuous economic development of the coastal zone,human activities such as industrial sewage,agricultural fertilization,marine aquaculture,port construction,and oil and gas extraction,resulting in a series of waste of resources,deterioration of the ecological environment,and frequent natural disasters in the coastal zone.The problem has seriously affected the sustainable development of the coastal economy.Therefore,how to balance the coastal zone resources and protect the ecological environment has become an important trend in the economic development of coastal countries and regions in this century,and it is also a very important topic in the overall development of my country's land and sea in the 21 st century.Coastal zone protection and utilization planning is an important measure for land and sea coordination,but there are still some problems to study.On the one hand,the spatial extent of the coastal zone still lacks systematic division.Zoning focuses more on the allocation of land development space requirements,and ignores the impact of sea space.At the same time,the requirements for the overall spatial linkage,ecological and agricultural space protection of coastal zone resources are relatively neglected and unable to coordinate land and sea resources,resulting in lower space utilization efficiency.On the other hand,land-sea coordination is an important trend in the economic development of coastal countries and regions in this century.However,there are relatively few explorations on the application of the basic theory of land-sea coordination in coastal zone.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to understand the connotation of land-sea coordination and explore the basic theories and methods of coastal zone.With coastal protection and comprehensive utilization planning as the background,based on the land-sea overall planning theory,we focus on the study of coastal functional zoning.Taking the coastal zone of Haikou City as the research object and establishing an index system to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the coastal zone,which provides scientific guidance for the preparation of the coastal zone protection and comprehensive utilization plan in Haikou City.Determine the suitability of production,living and ecology of the coastal zone through the evaluation of the suitability of coastline resource development and the evaluation of the suitability of coastal zone land development.The suitable function types of the space along the coast are discussed.The three-dimensional Rubik's cube determines the development direction,comprehensively divides the coastal zone,and finally proposes coastal zone control suggestions.The results show that there are 6 kinds of space suitable functions in the coastal zone of Haikou,including tourism and entertainment,port and wharf,town construction,ecological protection,agriculture and other spaces.The tourism and entertainment space is mainly distributed in the western region,the urban construction space is distributed in the central urban area,and the eastern region is mainly agricultural space and ecological protection space.Although the coastal zone currently has a large ecological space,the overall distribution is very uneven,mainly concentrated in the Dongzhai Port in the eastern area.It is recommended that on the basis of maintaining the existing ecological space,the coastal areas along the Nandu River and along the coastline be strengthened Construction of a ribbon-shaped ecological park.In addition,the eco-environmental quality in the eastern area of the Haikou coastal zone is superior,and the production conditions are better,which is the focus of future development.However,the current level of development and utilization is relatively low,mainly based on the functions of agriculture.It is recommended to gradually change the type of existing development functions,gradually return farmland to ponds,improve the efficiency of land and sea space resource utilization and allocation,and enhance space production and service functions.Finally,while promoting the economic development of the region and improving the quality of life of residents,it is necessary to strengthen the renovation and restoration of the eroded coast of Dongzhai Port.
