Selective laser sintering technology(Selective Laser Sintering,SLS)is one of many 3 D printing technologies.Compared with traditional processing technology,this technology can not only quickly process products with complex geometry and good performance according to human demand,but also realize secondary utilization of processed materials after screening.But in the process of processing,some materials will produce toxic and harmful substances,even can not be recycled,and the price is more expensive.So this paper selected Hollow Glass Beads(HGB)/Polyethersulfone resin(PES)composite powder for selective laser sintering experiment from the point of view of environmental protection and low price.A discussion is made on the sintering forming mechanism of HGB/PES composite powder.Effect mechanism of laser and HGB/PES composite powder is introduced.The selective laser sintering of HGB/PES composite powder is suitable for liquid phase sintering.The factors affecting the forming of HGB/PES composite powder are also discussed in terms of CAD model error,properties of the material itself and sintering process parameters.This paper uses the ANSYS17.0 finite element analysis software,first discusses the initial conditions needed for the simulation,and by writing a APDL program,the heat source can realize cyclic loading in order to realize the temperature field and stress field simulation of the sintering process.The distribution and variation of temperature field and stress field in HGB/PES composite powder SLS process were analyzed according to the simulation results.The variation law of temperature field and stress field of HGB/PES composite powder SLS process was also analyzed.Based on the sintering temperature and the maximum deformation of the sintering model in the numerical simulation,the HGB/PES laser sintered tensile sintered and bending sintered parts with different distribution ratio and different laser power are obtained.As the volume fraction of hollow glass beads increases,the microstructure,tensile properties,bending properties and density of laser sintered parts are HGB/PES.As the laser power increases,the change trend of microstructure morphology,tensile properties and bending properties of laser sintered parts is HGB/PES.
