The industry of recycling and remanufacturing is becoming increasingly mature.The application of closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)has optimized the recycling mode.Remanufacturing technology has also been continuously developed to ensure the quality and reliability of remanufactured products.However,the imbalanced operation of some companies' recycling and remanufacturing systems has led to the problem of overcapacity.The sharing economy can integrate the excess capacity,and share the remanufacturing capacity through a reasonable recycling mode.Manufacturers who carry out remanufacturing activities can share resource by purchasing reusable materials from the same third-party organization.The two supply chains form the co-opetition environment and achieve the win-win situation.The paper introduces current problem of overcapacity in the filed of waste recycling and remanufacturing.Through analysis and summary of system dynamics,CLSC and their application in the field of recycling and remanufacturing,it explains the necessity of establishing a recycling and remanufacturing system suitable for China's market and solving the problem of overcapacity.On this basis,three recycling and remanufacturing modes are constructed,which are single subject mode,double subjects non-sharing competition mode and double subjects sharing co-opetition mode.Using the system dynamics method,the modelling purpose and assumptions are analyzed.This paper construct the corresponding causal circuit diagram and system dynamics flow diagram.The validity of models is verified by using thesensitivity test method.This paper compares the changes in revenue and market share,and discusses the recycling and remanufacturing situations in the non-sharing mode and sharing mode.Taking paper mills collaboration sharing as the case to conduct an empirical analysis,this paper explores the total revenue and net total revenue of supply chains under sharing mode.It observes the impact of production capacity and remanufacturing capacity.By analyzing the equilibrium solution of the co-opetition environment under sharing mode,a stable co-opetition state is found.The research results show that: production capacity has a positive effect on both total revenue and net total revenue;remanufacturing capacity has a positive effect on total revenue but its dynamic change curve to net total revenue has a maximum,when the remanufacturing capacity is 0.24 net total revenue is the highest;when the production capacity ratio of two paper mills is 1.446,the co-opetition environment can reach the balanced state.
