As the sharing-bicycle industry continues to grow and develop,the number of sharing-bicycles launched in the Chinese market has increased in recent years,and the government has not stipulated that the sharing-bicycle companies should recycle the scrapped bicycles that have withdrawn from the market and share the bicycles.The amount has greatly exceeded the market demand.The state stipulates that the retirement period for sharing-bicycles is three years,so it is said that 2019 will usher in the climax of the sharing of bicycles,and the recycling of Scrapped sharing-bicycles is imminent.Waste sharing-bicycles are a kind of recycling resources with high residual value.A scrapped sharing-bicycle contains a large amount of recyclable resources,such as steel,tires,and Bluetooth electronic equipment.The recycling of Scrapped sharing-bicycles has a great impact on environmental protection,recycling and reuse of resources.At present,this issue has received more and more attention from the state and the attention of the general public.However,the scrapped sharing-bicycles are currently facing difficulties in recycling,and the high cost of recycling is the main reason for the no recycling of Scrapped sharing-bicycles.Although some sharing-bicycle companies have begun to recycle scrapped sharing-bicycles,the amount of recycling is extremely limited,and the problem of recycling of Scrapped sharing-bicycles is still not well solved.Based on the problems existing in the recycling of Scrapped sharing-bicycles,this paper studies the impact of government supervision on the recycling of Scrapped sharing-bicycles.Based on the analysis of the status quo of recycling of Scrapped sharing-bicycles in China,this paper puts forward the problems of recycling and recycling of sharingbicycles.Using evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model with government and sharing-bicycle companies as the main body,and draws different strategies.The income matrix under the strategy selection,systematically analyzes the strategic choices and final evolution trends of the government and sharingbicycle companies in different situations,and discusses which factors will affect the strategic choices of both parties.Then the system dynamics model is constructed according to the evolutionary game model of both government and enterprise.The evolutionary game model is numerically simulated by the system dynamics method to further verify the accuracy of the game model.Finally,based on the factors affecting the government and the strategy of sharing bicycle companies,the relevant suggestions are put forward,so that the cooperation between the government and the sharingbicycle companies can effectively solve the problem of recycling sharing-bicycles.The study found that the government's regulatory costs are the main factors affecting the government's regulatory measures.The cost of the company's recycling measures and the amount of income received also determine whether the company will take recycling measures for scrapped sharing-bicycles.In general,government regulation has a great impact on whether or not sharing-bicycle companies adopt recycling measures.When the government adopts dynamic regulatory measures,the strategic evolution trend of both government and enterprises will eventually stabilize.The research results of the thesis provide theoretical support for the government to guide the benign development of the sharing-bicycle industry.
