With the development of related technologies of magnetic resonance imaging,medical magnetic resonance imaging has become a stable,mature,and widely used medical clinical imaging technology.Unlike common medical imaging such as CT and X-ray,the use of magnetic resonance imaging is almost harmless to the human body.Not only that,the images obtained by magnetic resonance have higher clarity and contrast,which makes it easier to distinguish various tissues of the human body.In recent years,due to the advantages of magnetic resonance imaging,related technologies and equipment have been vigorously developed.In recent years,high-field magnetic resonance imaging technology has also developed rapidly,and multi-channel phased array coil technology and parallel acquisition technology have been widely used in high-field magnetic resonance imaging,and the number of phased array sub-coils is usually 8 More than 32,some even as many as 32.Therefore,in order to meet the high-field multi-channel imaging needs,it is particularly necessary to develop a multi-channel magnetic resonance imaging spectrometer.Increasing the magnetic field strength and increasing the number of acquisition channels can not only effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the magnetic resonance image,but also shorten the scanning time of the imaging and effectively speed up the imaging speed.This subject developed a software communication system suitable for self-developed multi-channel magnetic resonance imaging spectrometer,which mainly realized the real-time collection and transmission of multi-channel magnetic resonance imaging data.The self-developed multi-channel spectrometer can support 4 data modules,each module contains 4 channels,a total of 16 channels.The self-developed spectrometer runs an embedded Linux operating system,so this topic is based on Linux embedded software development.The development content can be divided into two parts:application and driver.The driver mainly implements functions such as hardware device operation and data collection,while the application mainly implements functions such as Netcom communication,system control,and data transmission.After the development of the software communication system,the basic functions and key performance indicators were tested in the laboratory.Finally,the self-developed multi-channel spectrometer equipped with the software communication system was integrated into the high-field magnetic resonance imaging system.After repeated experiments many times,the relevant experimental results show that the system can run stably for a long time,the performance of the spectrometer's software and hardware also fully meet the demand,and the final imaging quality is also fully in line with expectations.
