As the main non-destructive testing technology,NMR has been widely used in the fields of chemistry,life sciences,medicine and environmental protection of new energy.Especially public health has become an important domestic concern.Fast and real-time on-site testing has become an urgent need.Traditional large-scale NMR instruments are not only expensive,but also difficult to apply for on-site testing.Miniaturized portable NMR instruments can provide flexible real-time portable testing and have broad application prospects.However,problems such as low signal sensitivity and resolution,poor uniformity and stability of the magnet,and insufficient portability have been restricting the development of miniaturized nuclear magnetic resonance instruments,and urgently need to be tackled.The system software is one of the core units of NMR instruments,providing functions such as experiment operation,system control,and data processing.In order to solve the problems faced by miniaturized NMR spectrometers,some new methods and technologies have been continuously researched and developed,especially in the technical exploration stage,the joint adjustment and adaptability of software and hardware have become the key requirements in the development,these characteristics require small The NMR spectrometer system software has higher function expansion,flexibility and stability.Based on the development background and related technologies of miniaturized nuclear magnetic resonance instruments,this paper develops a miniaturized nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer system software based on Winform and DevExpress.The system software is mainly used for independently developed main magnetic fields of 1.2T and 0.5T homemade nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers.The main work and results of this article are as follows:First,by investigating the development of small nuclear magnetic resonance instruments at home and abroad,the characteristics and performance of the system software are analyzed.On this basis,combined with the requirement of independently developing a miniaturized nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,the functional requirements and design ideas of the system software were proposed,and the technical selection of the software development platform was carried out.Secondly,the software structure design and algorithm process of the core functional modules were carried out,including communication module,shim module,pulse sequence module,instrument control module,data reading module and data processing module,two-dimensional spectrum display algorithm and one-dimensional spectrum Data processing algorithms.Finally,the development platform was used to program and debug the overall framework,core modules and algorithm modules of the system software,and the joint adjustment and optimization with the hardware system were carried out on 0.5T and 1.2T miniaturized nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers independently developed NMR experiment operation and data processing.The results show that the developed system software can adapt to the self-developed miniaturized nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,complete the current requirements of instrument control,experimental operation and data processing functions,and meet the needs of new technology development and debugging and function expansion...
