Research On The Game Behavior Of The Government And Other Subjects In The Consumer Rights Protection

In recent years,the consumer market is undergoing profound changes as China's consumer Consumer Price Index(CPI)keeps rising,especially under the impetus of new consumption modes such as online shopping and TV shopping.As a result,various consumption problems are emerging and consumer rights protection work is facing unprecedented challenges.On the one hand,the purchasing power of consumers is increasing day by day,while operators continue to occupy a strong position in the market.It is necessary for operators to operate in good faith to reduce consumers' rights protection behavior,how to save social costs,and at the same time lay the foundation for operators' healthy long-term development,which is worth pondering.On the other hand,operators have more and more ways to seek greater benefits,and the ways are more and more hidden,which also increases the administrative cost of the government.However,the relatively lagging mechanism system also limits the promotion of the government's administrative revenue.How to urge the government to better protect the rights and interests of consumers needs to be reconsidered.Based on this background,this paper takes the government,business operators and consumers in Liwan district of Guangzhou city as the research objects.through the study of the game between the two parties,it makes a systematic analysis from three aspects: whether the government supervises,whether the business operators operate in good faith,and whether the consumption protects the rights.it introduces the game theory into the study of consumer protection in Liwan district.by studying the interaction between various subjects,it creates a game theory model and tries to open up a new idea for the study of consumer protection in Liwan district.Through the game between operators and consumers,this paper analyzes the influence of operators' fraudulent trading strategy selection on consumers' rights protection.Through the game between the government and the operators,this paper analyzes the influence of the current supervision and punishment of the liwan district market supervision bureau on the decision-making of the operators.only when the government's punishment is strong enough,the operators will have the tendency to choose honest trading.Through the game analysis between the government and consumers,it is found that even if the government has a high desire to supervise,consumers have no motivation to protect their rights under the condition that the loss of consumers is not very large.At the same time,the data obtained from the interviews and questionnaires are brought into the game analysis.According to the results of the previous game analysis,a more complete summary is made,and the problems and reasons existing in consumer rights protection in Liwan District are summarized,and reasonable and effective countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: the government should straighten out the consumer rights protection mechanism,innovate supervision methods,establish high-quality rights protection teams,strengthen cooperation among departments,and strengthen law enforcement.Managers should cultivate correct moral values and strengthen self-discipline.Consumers should improve their own quality and awareness of consumer rights protection so as to build a stable,healthy and orderly market trading environment.This paper studies the game behavior of government,operators and consumers in the consumer rights protection of Liwan District,Guangzhou,It is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which explains the research significance,domestic and foreign research literature and research methods;the second chapter is the theoretical overview,which introduces the related concepts of consumer rights,game theory and governance theory;the third chapter constructs the game model of consumer rights in Liwan District;the fourth chapter is the statistics of the current situation of consumer rights in Liwan District,which includes three main bodies: the government,operators and consumers In the fifth chapter,according to the previous analysis of the Liwan District consumer rights issues,put forward targeted policy recommendations.
