With the development of information technology and social logistics,e-commerce has gradually entered people's lives, and has been trying to develop into new areas. With the improvement of cold chain logistics technology, fresh e-commerce has become the last blue ocean in the field of e-commerce.However,the advantages of traditional channels of fresh agricultural products cannot be replaced,so more and more enterprises open the online and offline channel simultaneously.Dual channel mode not only increases the demand of fresh agricultural products, but also increases the complexity of supply chain operation.More and more scholars study the decision-making and coordination of dual channel fresh agricultural products supply chain.Fresh agricultural products are vulnerable to natural disasters and environmental factors because of their perishability.Market demand is volatile and uncertain. In order to deal with the fluctuation and uncertainty of the market, the upstream and downstream enterprises of fresh agricultural products will respectively forecast market demand. The development of information technology is the key to promote the information sharing of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain.Information sharing improves the accuracy of demand forecast and brings higher profitability. However, not all enterprises can benefit from information sharing,so under decentralized mode, upstream and downstream enterprises will choose to hide forecast information to maximize their profit level. It is necessary to study the value of information sharing to the fresh agricultural products supply chain and how to encourage the fresh agricultural products supply chain to realize information sharing. The supply chain of fresh agricultural products studied in this thesis includes single channel, dual channel and dual channel considering inventory cost and out of stock cost.Based on the information sharing problem, this thesis solves the equilibrium decision and optimal profit level of fresh produce supply chain managers under the three modes. In addition, the equilibrium decision and optimal profit level of information sharing case and no information sharing case are analyzed and compared, and the value and influencing factors of information sharing are studied. And establish appropriate contracts to coordinate the fresh agricultural products supply chain under decentralized decision-making.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:under the three modes, the producer can get benefits from information sharing, while the retailer can only get benefits from information sharing if the producer overestimates the retailer's forecast;when considering inventory cost and shortage cost, the producer can get more benefits from information sharing than the former two modes;when considering inventory cost and shortage cost, the inventory prepared by the producer for the demand uncertainty in no information sharing case is larger than that of information sharing case;under the three modes, there are different forecast errors ?m of the producer.when ?m<?m,the retailer is willing to share the information, when ?m>?m,the retailer is not willing to share the information;under the three modes, regardless of whether the information is shared or not,the profit level of the producer decreases with the increase of the forecast error of the producer.Cost sharing-revenue sharing contract, improved cost sharing-revenue sharing contract and bipartite linear contract can respectively coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products under three modesThe research results of this thesis can provide decision-making guidance and theoretical support for the dual channel fresh agricultural products supply chain, which is conducive to the managers of fresh agricultural products supply chain to understand the value of information sharing and take appropriate incentive ways to achieve information sharing.
