| In recent years, with the upgrading of Internet technology and the unprecedented prosperity of online shopping, traditional retailers are facing great challenges.Although the impact of online shopping on retailers is huge,brick-and-mortar retail is still irreplaceable as it can meet consumers’ demand to get the actual status of goods and purchase them in a timely manner.Against this backdrop, retailers across all walks of life, including fresh produce retailers, have gradually recognized that online retail and brick-and-mortar retail are not substitutes for each other, but complement each other.each other.Among the omni-channel retail strategies, the BOPS(buy Online and pick up in store)strategy has been widely used.Under the BOPS strategy, fresh food retailers not only have independent offline stores and online platform consumption channels, but also online payment channels and offline BOPS channels. Therefore, considering the conservation efforts,it is very important to introduce the BOPS strategy to bring about changes in the decision-making of the members of the fresh produce supply chain, how to make the best decision to obtain the best profit within the framework of the BOPS strategy, and how to coordinate the members of the supply chain and how to make the corresponding decisions regarding the sharing of conservation costs.Considering the above, this article takes the retailer’s BOPS strategy as a starting point, combines Steinberg’s game theory and contract coordination theory, considers the level of freshness conservation effort, constructs the model of the freshness supply chain under the BOPS strategy and solves it,compares and analyzes the optimal decision change of each member of the supply chain before and after the BOPS strategy. In addition, the conservation cost-sharing contract under the effective BOPS strategy is designed to coordinate and optimize. This document mainly focuses on the following two aspects:1.Regarding the decision change caused by the implementation of BOPS strategy by fresh produce retailers, this article first studied the optimal price decision of fresh produce in the process of production and circulation consumer when retailers only open offline channels and online distribution modes. For reference, this article builds a game decision model of the supply chain for fresh agricultural products when retailers simultaneously open offline channels, online channels, and online + offline payment policies.By comparing and analyzing the optimal supply chain policies in the two cases, the article explores the influence of retailers’ supply chain policies on the price of the supply chain system and the level of conservation effort. The research results show that the optimal decision of the supply chain members obviously improves when the product reaches a certain market scale after the BOPS strategy. In addition, there is a Pareto improvement in decentralized decision-making under the BOPS strategy with respect to fresh produce preservation costs, which theoretically proves the importance of further investigating chain coordination.supply of fresh produce.2.In view of the coordination of preservation costs caused by preservation efforts, this document uses the cost-sharing contract to coordinate the preservation costs of fresh agricultural products in accordance with the cost-sharing contract.Based on a per-chain decision model, this document establishes a model cost-sharing contract between suppliers and retailers under BOPS strategy and analyzes the coordination contract effect in the decision game.supply chain of fresh agricultural products. The results show that cost-sharing contracts can improve parents in the fresh agricultural product supply chain.Compared with centralized decisions, conservation cost-sharing contracts will promote retail market expansion, improve conservation technology in the fresh produce supply chain, and reduce consumption rates.influence of conservation costs caused by conservation efforts. |
