Under the condition of Joint Operations,the number of targets is huge and and the relationship between the targets is complicated.It is the key to achieve "system-destruction" to effectively choose the target.Moreover,the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the value of the target is the precondition of effectively selecting the target.Therefore,the research of target value evaluation is of great theoretical and military significance.Modern warfare is the confrontation between the system and the system,the evaluation of target value must take full account of its system characteristics and reflect its influence on the overall function of the system.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the complex correlation between the targets.It is generally believed that complex network theory is an effective way to analyze and study system problems.However,the general complex network model pays too much attention to the structural characteristics of the network,so it is difficult to characterize the heterogeneous nodes,multiple links,and time-varying topology of the combat system,and to effectively characterize its military function characteristics.Therefore,this paper introduces the idea of hyper-network modeling and the thought of operation loop of Observe-Orient-Decide-Act(OODA),synthetically uses the knowledge of graph theory,probability theory,computer simulation and other subject fields to model the combat system,and puts forward the node importance evaluation method of the combat system network.The main research work includes:(1)In order to characterize the network structure and function characteristics of the combat system,based on the hyper-network theory and the modeling idea of the OODA operation loop,the hyper-network model of the combat system,which is tightly coupled by multiple networks,is constructed.Firstly,based on the hyper-network characteristics of the combat system,this paper fully analyzes the feasibility and applicability of modeling the combat system based on the hyper-network theory.Then,based on the idea of hyper-network modeling,the combat entity is abstracted as node,and the relationship between the combat entities is abstracted as edge,which is classified and modeled according to its function characteristics.Based on this,according to the functional characteristics of each subsystem within the combat system and the interaction relationship between the subsystems,the combat system is described as a heterogeneous multi-edge hyper-network composed of six sub-networks,such as sensor network,command and control network,fire strike network,material guarantee network,military communication network and transportation network.The coupling relationship between the sub-networks is analyzed in detail,and the formal description of each sub-network is given.On this basis,in order to depict the emergence of the overall function of the combat system,the idea of OODA operation loop is introduced to model the internal operating mechanism of the combat system,and the OODA operation loop is defined as the hyper-edge of the hyper-network,and its attribute description is given.Thus,a hyper-network model of the combat system coupled by multi-network is established,and its formal description is given.(2)Considering the influence of the target on the overall function of the combat system,a node importance evaluation method based on the OODA operation loop is proposed.The OODA operation loop is the result of the interaction between the subsystems in the combat system,which embodies the function emergence of the combat system.The number and operational capability of the OODA operation loop embody the overall combat capability of the combat system.Based on this,this paper adopts the evaluation strategy of node deletion,puts forward the evaluation index of the node’s support to the OODA operation loop and establishes the node importance evaluation model.During this process,firstly,the Kavosh frequent sub-graph mining algorithm is applied to the corresponding sub-networks according to the operational flow of information acquisition,information utilization and information application,and the search algorithm of OODA operation loop is designed.And then,considering the topological structure stability and the target damage probability of the OODA operation loop,the comprehensive operational capability evaluation model is established.Finally,considering the influence of the enemy target’s importance on the weight of the OODA operation loop,the importance of the enemy target is evaluated based on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS).(3)In order to describe the phenomenon of network cascade failure and realize the comprehensive evaluation of node value,the cascade failure model of the combat system is established based on the functional relationship between sub-networks.By using the strategy of node deletion to evaluate the value of nodes,we must take into account the influence of node failure on other nodes and edges in the combat system,that is,the network cascade failure effect,otherwise the value of nodes is likely to be low.The propagation power of network fault comes from the interaction relationship between nodes,therefore,based on the functional relationship between the sub-networks within the combat system,this paper fully analyzes the failure conditions of various types of nodes and the on-off conditions of various types of edges,thus establishing the failure model of various nodes and the on-off model of various kinds of edges.On this basis,the load of the network is defined,the routing mechanism of all kinds of network loads is determined,and the cascade failure model of the hyper-network of the combat system is established,which lays a foundation for the comprehensive and effective evaluation of the node value.(4)Taking the system confrontation between the red and the blue sides in a certain area as an example,the feasibility and validity of the hyper-network modeling method of the combat system and the node importance evaluation method based on the OODA operation loop are verified.Based on the operational assumptions,the hyper-network model of the blue-side combat system is constructed.The validity of the information sharing model,the cooperative decision model and the network cascade failure model of the combat system is verified by simulation experiments,which indirectly proves the effectiveness of the hyper-network modeling method proposed in this paper.On the basis of this,the validity of the node importance evaluation method based on OODA operation loop is verified by comparing with three typical indexes that reflect the structural characteristics of the network.
