The structure of dairy supply chain is becoming more and more complex.Due to the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,accident disasters and social security,enterprises and road sections in the supply chain fail,resulting in the destruction of supply chain network structure and loss of function,and then causing huge economic losses,Therefore,it is urgent to put forward a mechanism to improve the stability of supply chain and reduce traffic loss under different failure situations.At present,the cascading failure of supply chain network is mainly based on the stability of traditional complex network topology,does not take into account the heterogeneity of supply chain network itself,and less takes into account the economic loss in network operation.Based on the heterogeneity of enterprises in the supply chain,this paper establishes the heterogeneous supply chain network of dairy products,and studies the stability and traffic loss of the supply chain network under three different failure situations: enterprise failure,road failure and both failure,mainly including:(1)In the case of supply chain enterprise failure,considering the heterogeneity of enterprises,this paper proposes the failure mode with and without return,and compares the effects of relevant parameters on supply chain stability and traffic loss under different load distribution mechanisms,It is found that when the enterprise fails,the stability and traffic loss of the network without considering the return are better than considering the return,and improving the maximum load capacity of the enterprise on the same layer is more conducive to reducing the traffic loss.(2)In view of the heterogeneity and directionality of supply chain segments caused by enterprise heterogeneity in the case of supply chain segment failure,the failure modes considering the demand of enterprises at the end of the fault segment and the supply of enterprises at the beginning of the fault segment are proposed,and the effects of relevant parameters on Supply Chain Stability and flow loss under different load distribution mechanisms are compared,Considering the supply capacity of the enterprise at the starting point of the faulty section when the section is found to be invalid makes the network stability and traffic loss better than considering the return mode,and improving the maximum load capacity of the same level and cross level sections is more conducive to the reduction of traffic loss.(3)In the case of simultaneous failure of supply chain enterprises and road sections,based on the allocation mechanism combination strategy in the above single failure case,four failure modes are proposed to improve the stability of supply chain and reduce the loss of enterprises and road sections by adjusting relevant parameters.It is found that the failure scale caused by enterprises and road sections is related to the flow loss.Considering the return,the allocation mechanism of the fault road section based on the supply capacity of the starting enterprise is better than the other three.In case of emergencies,the enterprises and road sections with the largest flow loss can be protected first,so as to improve the overall stability of the supply chain and reduce the overall flow loss.
