EEG signals are spontaneous and rhythmic electrical activity signals from the brain cell group,which can reflect the brain activity,including a large number of physiological activities and disease information.It is an important reference for the diagnosis and treatment of encephalopathy,and it is also an important basis for the realization of brain computer interface(Brain Computer Interface)technology.The domestic development of brain electrical products less,not only the core part is the foreign monopoly,and the performance indicators and technical level are far inferior to foreign products,so the development of equipment for EEG acquisition system with independent property rights has great application value and practical significance.In depth understanding of brain electrical physiological basis,design reference EEG acquisition system and analysis of existing problems,design a powerful,reliable quality,low price,high speed,portable wireless EEG acquisition system.The main contents are as follows:1 On the basis of detailed analysis of the physiological and characteristics of EEG signal,the pre processing circuit of EEG signal acquisition and application system is designed.2 Design and make the system control circuit.STM32F4 is chosen as the main controller,ADS1256 is the analog to digital conversion circuit and the ESP8266 is the wireless communication module,and so on,which mainly realizes the functions of collecting,processing,displaying,storing and transmitting of the EEG signal.3 Research and design the FIR digital filter with MATLAB software,and transplant the generated C file to the microprocessor.4 Write embedded operating platform complete machine control program of each module in ?C/OS-? combined with STemwin,ported to STM32F4 microprocessor.Finally,the EEG acquisition system and application of comprehensive test and analysis results,the relationship between the nuclear protagonist of the EEG and eye movement state,and the system scheme is summarized,gives the direction of further improvement.
