China is one of the countries that suffers the most frequent and severe storm surge disasters in the world.It is extremely important issue in disaster prevention and mitigation work to conduct real-time monitoring and early warning of storm surge disasters to meet the needs of refined warning and forecasting in specific areas such as cities,ports and fisheries.Therefore,it is essential to carry out research on storm surge monitoring and early warning system.The main work of this paper is to study and design a storm surge monitoring and early warning system.The overall design goal of the system is clarified through the analysis of the current research status of storm surge monitoring and early warning technology at home and abroad.The research on theoretical methods is carried out,including tidal and wave data extraction based on digital filtering algorithm and storm surge water prediction based on neural network algorithm.According to system function requirements,system hardware and software design based on STM32F4 and ?C/OS-II operating system are completed,and the transplantation and application of FIR filtering algorithm and BP neural network algorithm on the main chip of the system are realized.Finally,the field experiment proves that the design system has good practicability and reliability,and has a high accuracy and consistency in the measurement and prediction of storm surge related parameters.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research status of storm surge monitoring and early warning technology at home and abroad is fully understood.In view of the shortcomings of the existing technologies,the characteristics and innovations of the storm surge monitoring and early warning system studied in this paper are proposed.(2)The system design goals and overall structure are defined according to the requirements of the storm surge related technical specifications,and the sensors are selected according to the measurement technical indicators.The related data processing methods in the system are compared and analyzed,including the tidal and wave data extraction methods based on multiple data filtering technology and the storm surge water prediction method based on multiple neural network algorithms.(3)The system hardware structure is built according to the design goals.the hardware design of the data collector based on STM32F4 is described in detail,the selection design of other hardware modules of the system is explained,and the reliability design of the system is analyzed.(4)The system software design based on ?C/OS-II operating system is completed,and the real-time multi-task partitioning of the operating system is described in detail.The FIR filtering algorithm and BP neural network algorithm are transplanted and applied on the data collector STM32F4,and the design of the HMI touch screen interface and the data communication protocol in the system is completed.(5)The field experiment was carried out in the Chengshantou sea area to test the functions of the storm surge monitoring and early warning system,and the practicability and reliability of the system are tested by the equipment location installation,commissioning and continuous work experiment,and the accuracy and consistency of the data obtained by the verification system are compared with the observation data of the local marine station.
