Since the 20 th century,the degree of urbanization in China has become higher and higher.The improvement of urbanization level will undoubtedly impact the ecological balance strongly,among which the greenhouse effect and urban heat island are the best examples.In order to obtain a more comfortable living environment,people are constantly seeking ways to improve the microclimate of urban areas.In urban planning,vegetation can not only beautify the city,but also improve the thermal and humid conditions of urban areas,and create a more comfortable living environment for people.Therefore,more and more scholars have joined in the research of vegetation on Microclimate of urban area.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used,and the hydrodynamics analysis software ANSYS Fluent is used to analyze the relevant problems.Based on the typical climate conditions in South China in summer,the effects of vegetation on the humid and hot environment of three typical building layouts are studied.Among them,according to different leaf area density to distinguish trunk and crown,and use porous media model to create vegetation model,and through additional source terms to show its impact on the flow field.Through the simulated data to analyze the impact of vegetation on the wind field,humidity field and temperature field of urban residential area,and then use the Apparent Temperature(AT)to make a comprehensive evaluation of outdoor thermal comfort.The results show that the influence of vegetation on the layout of each building area is different.In general,vegetation can adjust the internal wind speed of the area,reduce the radiation to the ground through shielding and absorbing the solar radiation,thus reducing the environmental temperature,and significantly increase the humidity of the area through its own transpiration.Because of the existence of vegetation,the outdoor comfort of the community has been significantly improved.Different vegetation arrangements have different effects on microclimate.When vegetation is arranged in the leeward and windward areas of buildings in the community,that is to say,vegetation is distributed,which has the best improvement on outdoor thermal environment.Solar radiation plays a leading role in all the factors that cause climate change.Vegetation can block and absorb solar radiation,affect the wind environment and hot and humid environment of the community.Therefore,when planning the urban community,vegetation should be reasonably arranged to ensure the good natural ventilation and thermal and humid conditions of the whole community,so as to create a more comfortable living environment for people.
