Research On The Climate Responsive Characteristics Of Spatial Layout Of Modern Vernacular House In Central Jiangxi

With the deepening of urban and rural economic system reform and the advancement of modernization process,the rural economy has developed rapidly,and various types of rural self-built houses have been built.But what comes along with it is the appearance that construction mode is messy,poor indoor comfort and so on.Passive strategies are particularly important in rural areas because less mechanical technologies are used to adjust the indoor environment,however,in the mean time,the influence of spatial layout cannot be ignored.The contradiction between winter and summer is the key and difficult problem of climate adaptation strategy in the middle area of jiangxi province where summer is hot and winter is cold.On the basis of pure architectural research,this paper explores the climate adaptation strategy of the spatial layout of dwellings in central jiangxi province through the comprehensive application of multiple disciplines.The climate adaptability of architecture is embodied in the interaction of climate,human and architecture.First of all,the paper analyzes the climate background and the production and living modes of the users,which lays a foundation for the analysis of the climate adaptability of the dwellings.Next,based on a large number of field research,the construction background of traditional residence in each period and climate strain strategy analysis,this paper sorts out the evolution of the spatial layout,and finds that climate adaptation strategies of traditional houses can be better reflected.However,under the influence of multi-cultural background,the spatial layout of modern dwellings is varied,and the effectiveness of climate strain is yet to be verified.Then,according to the spatial layout of modern dwellings,this paper classifies the typical types and makes a preliminary analysis from six aspects: building orientation,main building horizontal layout,main building vertical layout,semi-outdoor space layout,auxiliary house layout and construction size.Finally,using the Ecotect and PMV thermal comfort calculation and analysis tools to simulate the indoor temperature and comfort under various layout forms,and through the typical types of quantitative comparison,this paper summarized its climate adaptability,and the spatial layout climate adaptation strategy is put forward,and the comprehensive effect of this strategy is verified by optimizing design approach.All of this work provides a reference for the application of spatial layout strategy of folk dwellings in central jiangxi province.On this basis,this paper puts forward the design principle of architectural space layout: Give consideration to both winter and summer,and fully consider the role of people and buildings to solve the contradiction between winter and summer;When it is difficult to give consideration to both winter and summer,the design can be done according to the use of space by time and area division;The semi-outdoor space and external shadow space is important places for summer activities in mid-jiangxi province,the layout of architectural space should pay attention to the impact on the external environment;Floor numbers and building areas should be set based on the control of the shape coefficient of building.
