In the context of large-scale social decision-making problems,complex decision-making environments,and uncertain decision-making information,the use of reasonable and reliable linguistic to evaluate information and select an appropriate decision-making model to make effective decisions has become a research hotspot in the field of multi-attribute group decision-making(MAGDM).Intuitionistic Z-linguisitic information contains both an evaluation of the ambiguity of decision information and a description of its reliability.It can comprehensively reflect the decision information of experts,and has a wide range of application prospects.This thesis studies the multi-attribute group decision-making of intuitionistic Z-linguisitic from three aspects:theory related to intuitionistic Z-linguisitic information,aggregation operators,and decision models.The specific content is as follows:1.In terms of the representation of decision information,combined with the theories of intuitionistic uncertain linguistic set and Z-number,the concepts of intuitionistic Z-linguisitic set and intuitionistic Z-linguisitic variable are proposed,and their operational rules are further studied and proved.We research the score and accuracy functions of the intuitionistic Z-linguisitic set.Based on these,a generalized distance measure based on intuitionistic Z-linguisitic set is proposed.Then,we prove the three axioms of distance and discuss some special cases;2.In terms of aggregation operators,based on the intuitionistic Z-linguisitic set,the IZLWGA operator,IZLOWG operator,and IZLHG operator are proposed.The IZLHG operator satisfies the related properties such as monotonicity,idempotency and so on.Combined different position weights,a group decision-making model based on IZLHG operator is applied to precise poverty alleviation,verifying its practicability and rationality;3.In terms of decision model,based on the intuitionistic Z-linguisitic information and its distance measure,the traditional TOPSIS method is improved.A double parameters TOPSIS method is proposed to consider both preference of alternatives and optimism of decision makers(DMs).Combined with the priority relationship of attributes,a double parameters TOPSIS method based on intuitionistic Z-linguisitic variables is usedto construct a multi-attribute group decision-making model,and applied to investment decision-making to verify the effectiveness and rationality.
