Intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic multi-attribute group decision making is one of the emerging research hotspots in the field of modern decision-making,which is widely used in many fields such as management science,medical treatment and military development.In some complex decision-making problems,the information obtained by the decision makers is usually indefinite and can not be represented by accurate value.This makes it particularly important to use linguistic variables to handle decision-making problems.Furthermore,combining linguistic variables with intuitionistic fuzzy theory can effectively deal with multi-attribute group decision making problems by intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic variables,and it is a novel idea in the field of modern decision-making.In this thesis,focused on intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic information,the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic multi-attribute group decision making is discussed from three aspects:obtaining decision information,constructing aggregation operators and ranking decision results.The detailed research content is as follows:1.Focus on obtaining decision information,the intuitionistic fuzzy information is studied,which is the special form of intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic information.Then,based on the combination weights of attribute value support and entropy measure weights,an IVIFCWA operator is proposed.The IVIFCWA operator takes full account of the important role of variable-valued principal component.And it uses the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Euclidean distance that takes into account the principal component to calculate support that reflects the determinacy of decision-making information,and gain the combined weight of support and entropy measures that reflects indeterminacy of decision-making information.Afterwards,the prime properties of IVIFCWA operator are studied.2.Focus on constructing aggregation operators,an intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic multi-attribute group decision making model based on GIVIFLIHA operator and TOPSIS order relationship is proposed.The GIVIFLIHA operator introduces entropic-inducing ordinal variable,and the TOPSIS order relationship fully takes into account the important role of variable principal component.The intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic multi-attribute group decision making problems are handled by combining the two in this thesis.Afterwards,the prime properties of GIVIFLIHA operator are investigated.3.Focus on ranking decision results,a generalized ranking method——the novel outranking sorting method is proposed.This novel outranking sorting method introduces the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic Euclidean distance into the traditional outranking relation.Combined with the generalized interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic aggregation operator,a model for dealing with intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic multi-attribute group decision making is proposed.At the same time,three parameters?k1,k2,k3?are set in the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic Euclidean distance to adjust the weight of the variable principal component.Finally,for the above three aspects,the validity and practicability of the IVIFCWA operator,the GIVIFLIHA operator,TOPSIS order relationship and the novel outranking sorting method are proved by actual decision cases.
