Research On The Stability Of Express Enterprise Alliance Based On Cooperative Game

With the rapid development of economic globalization,express delivery enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the market.In recent years,due to the entry of many foreign express delivery enterprises into the Chinese logistics market,the competition pattern emerged not only from domestic express delivery enterprises,but also from foreign express delivery enterprises,so it is very necessary for express delivery enterprises to carry out cooperation.Cooperation among express delivery enterprises is an important measure for enterprises to enhance their own logistics service capability,rapidly occupy and expand the market,improve the quality of logistics service and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.In view of the practical problems existing in the express enterprise alliance,this paper mainly discusses the benefit distribution and the stability of the express enterprise alliance through the method of cooperative game,and analyzes the reasons for the success or failure of the express enterprise alliance,so as to provide the event guidance and theoretical support for the sound development of the express enterprise alliance.The specific contents are as follows:Express enterprise alliance of interests distribution the Shapley value of cooperative game method is adopted,and on the original model in the light of the concrete condition to improve the express enterprises,analyses the initial investment,risk factors and market competitiveness,to join the three factors affecting the weight index,build to improve the Shapley value profit distribution model of specific interests allocation scheme are presented.This can ensure the fairness of profit distribution among alliance members in the short term.However,for the long-term stable development of the alliance,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the stability of the alliance.Express enterprises as the interests of the individual in the league,join the alliance's fundamental purpose is to get higher yields,namely allocations of profits to a large extent affect the stability of the alliance,the previous literature also points out that a league there will always be the dominant one or more parties,and the coalition led by the dominant party is more likely to succeed.Therefore,in-depth study of the leading and non-leading members of the profit distribution range has important practical significance.In this paper,the core method in the cooperative game is used to analyze the stable interval of the alliance,the situation of one and two leading members in the alliance is analyzed,and the stable solution interval of the alliance is calculated.Finally,based on the benefit distribution scheme and the stability strategy,the paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions for the existing express delivery enterprises.
