In order to explore the application prospects of different microbial-Chinese Mongolian herbal medicine systems in land reclamation in mining areas,this paper selected fifteen kinds of Chinese Mongolian herbs planted in Wujiata Open-pit Coal Mine Reclamation Area for screening experiments of dominant species,and combined six Chinese Mongolian herbs.The dominant species planting experiment was conducted.Six microbial inoculants and potassium fulvic acid were applied to the fifteen Chinese and Mongolian herbs in the suitable species screening experiment.Bacillus mucilaginosus,and Bacillus subtilis,and a mixture of two inoculants to study the effects of different systems on the growth index of Chinese and Mongolian herbs and the impact of nutrient content in reclaimed soil to explore different environmental conditions for the screening experiment of dominant species and the cultivation experiment of suitable species The growth situation of Xiazhong Mongolian herbs and the improvement of soil nutrients.The main findings are as follows:(1)The response time and degree of response of Chinese and Mongolian herbs to the growth promotion effect of microbial inoculants are different.Both the dominant species screening experiment and the suitable species planting experiment have found that microbial inoculants have a good promoting effect on Chinese and Mongolian herbs,but some Chinese and Mongolian herbs have low affinity for the microbial inoculants applied in this study,and many growth indicators For inhibition.(2)The dominant species screening experiment and the suitable species planting experiment show that the microbial inoculants have a good improvement effect on the soil in which the Chinese and Mongolian herbs are planted,and can increase the soil nutrient content,and different microbial inoculants combined with different Chinese and Mongolian herbal pairs There are differences in soil improvement effects.(3)Taken together,the dominant species screening experiments were Trichoderma harzianum,potassium fulvic acid,Bacillus mucilaginosus combined with S.divaricata,Trichoderma harzianum,Bacillus mucilaginosus combined with Sophora flavescens,Trichoderma harzianum,Bacillus mucilaginosus,Bacillus subtilis combined with Platycodon grandiflorum,potassium fulvic acid combined with forsythia suspense,Bacillus mucilaginosus,Bacillus subtilis and Taraxacum mongolicum,several combination systems can promote the growth of Chinese andMongolian herbs planted and improve soil nutrients.The experimental system of suitable species planting of Bacillus colloidalis combined with Radix Isatidis and S.divaricata can increase the available phosphorus content in soil.The combination system of Bacillus glial and mixed bacteria and Scutellaria baicalensis can increase the effective potassium content of soil.
