| Since ancient times,the inheritance of people’s culture,the technological advancement,and the exploration of the unknown world are inseparable from knowledge.Knowledge,as a special information,can be transmitted through person,person and organizations,organizations and organizations.In this era of super-speed evolution and surplus of message,our life,production and study are closely bound up with the dissemination and transfer of knowledge.Especially in this era of "knowledge economy",knowledge has deeply influenced many fields such as economy,national defense and so on.More and more researches on knowledge dissemination,knowledge management and knowledge innovation have also appeared in the public view.However,the research on knowledge involves many subjects,so scholars in different fields have come up with different research methods and conclusions.Based on the complex network theory,this paper focuses on: how does knowledge spread in social networks? Does the network structure affect the dissemination of knowledge?And what are the rules of knowledge dissemination in Multi-tier networks?In the real world,the dissemination of knowledge points is influenced by various subjective and objective factors,such as the complexity of knowledge,the ability of individual acceptance,the ability of individual innovation and so on.In this paper,two methods are used to study the transmission of knowledge:(1)based on the perspective of communication,the dissemination mechanism and influencing factors of knowledge in social network groups are studied at macro level.Considering the delay in knowledge dissemination,a SEIR model considering knowledge complexity is proposed.The numerical simulation results show that the more complex the knowledge is,the more difficult it is to spread out,and the propagation of knowledge will soon get to a standstill.On the BA social network,the greater the degree of the network,the more obvious the effect of knowledge transmission;(2)from the point of view of knowledge diffusion and innovation,this paper studies the process of "student-student" knowledge transmission on face-to-face communication of SPOC and MOOC forum,and finds that: the greater the proportion of online contributors,the more conducive to the dissemination of online knowledge,the higher online participation;The social competence,different absorptive capacity of offline individuals and knowledge complexity have no significant impact on online participation;different distribution of offline absorptive capacity will affect the average level of knowledge online to a certain extent;And,the higher the complexity of knowledge,the less conducive to knowledge transfer. |
