With the rapid progress of the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics,China’s urbanization rate has been continuously improved,and the quality of life of the people has become better and better.At the end of 2018,China’s urbanization rate is approaching 60%,and the pipe network is becoming larger and larger in system scale.The increasingly complex topology makes the management cost of the pipe network system higher and higher,and the traditional governance mode can no longer meet the needs of the smart pipe network.Therefore,the use of high-tech to update the management mode has become inevitable.The existing solution based on 3D GIS technology management pipe network system is a major research direction,but the 3D model in the pipe network management system has problems such as insufficient fineness and low modeling efficiency,and spatial analysis of pipe network management system in 3D GIS.In terms of strategy,traditional spatial analysis strategies cannot meet the increasingly large and complex pipe network system,and the new spatial analysis strategy has relatively few dilemmas.In order to solve the above problems in the current pipe network management system,this paper first uses the Autodesk Revit modeling software to perform 3D modeling using parameters in the 3D modeling of the pipe network management system,and avoids duplication by using Revit formula and Dynamo visual programming software.In order to improve the efficiency of 3D modeling,the purpose of improving the modeling efficiency under the condition of ensuring the fineness of the model is realized.Then the spatial analysis strategy based on dynamic weight is proposed and verified by 3D burst analysis.Finally,Using the pipe network system of a large building as the data object,the Cesium map framework and the SSM development framework are used to develop a 3D GIS pipe network management system based on the B/S development model to realize the application of the above key technologies to conform to the pipe network system.demand.Through the research on fine and rapid modeling and new spatial analysis strategies,the problems of the three-dimensional model in terms of fineness and modeling efficiency are solved to some extent,and a new spatial analysis strategy is provided for the spatial analysis of the pipe network management system..The research on the fine and rapid modeling method of the 3D model of the pipe network system and the spatial analysis strategy of the new 3D GIS space have important reference significance for the realization of the scientific and modern management of the pipe network system,and have certain engineering application value.
