An energetic material is a class of compounds or mixtures having an explosive group or containing an oxidizing agent and combustible,capable of conducting a rapid chemical reaction independently and producing energy.It is due to the amazing breakthrough in energy and is widely used in national defense,military and other fields.In the scientific research on the nature of energetic materials,it is still rare to study the relevant factors of judging the defects contained in these factors from the factors influencing the nature of their properties.Therefore,it is of great significance to make full use of the relevant theories of statistics to solve this problem.In this paper,based on the orthogonal design,the variance analysis method is used to determine the significant factors that affect the CT scan value of the energetic materials,and the interval estimation method of the defect type under different conditions is given.Then,combined with the uniform experimental design theory,the experimental scheme is designed.For the uniform test data,the four types of defects are separated by the hierarchical clustering method.Combined with the theory of interval estimation,the analysis method of four kinds of defect types is given,Which provides a theoretical basis for judging the defect types of energetic materials.
