China has a vast territory that our residential buildings from south to north often reflect the adaptability of climate characteristics.Prefabricated buildings should also adapt to the climate of different area.The thermal characteristics of building envelopes in different climatic regions also have their own characteristics.In the cold regions of the north,the building envelope structure is focused on heat preservation;while in the hot summer and cold winter areas,the summer insulation is also considered;for the hot summer and warm winter areas,the building is mainly insulated and shaded.The building should be regional,adjusted according to the climatic characteristics in the design of the assembled residential system to adapt to the climate characteristics of various parts of China,improve the service life of the external protective members and the life of the house,and adapt to the local environment.This is the construction Climate adaptability.As an important part of building industrialization,the prefabricated building should also be adapted to the characteristics of the climate.This paper selects the outer protective structure with the largest environmental contact area to express the adaptability of prefabricated houses to the environment.Through the relevant theoretical analysis and extensive research on the fabricated houses and their facade systems,the basic characteristics of the prefabricated fa?ade system applicable in the hot summer and cold winter regions are summarized.And from the perspective of construction which is suitable.It is hoped that the design strategy of the prefabricated exterior-wall-system adapting to climate in this areas will be provided,which will provide certain energy saving and emission reduction for the prefabricated concrete houses in the hot summer and cold winter areas.Reference value,give full play to the advantages of prefabricated exterior walls of prefabricated houses,and provide reference and research directions for the regional development of future fabricated building exterior wall systems.
