With the development of information technology,more and more manual operations are processed by informatization.Therefore,the evaluation of teaching effect also needs to get rid of the traditional evaluation methods.In order to improve the quality of teaching,higher vocational colleges always evaluate the teaching effect of teachers.But the evaluation of teaching effect is a very heavy and difficult work.Therefore,higher vocational colleges urgently need to develop and design a set of evaluation system of teaching effect in order to realize the informatization of teaching evaluation and improve the efficiency of work and management.This paper develops and designs a evaluation system of teaching effect for higher vocational colleges based on fuzzy evaluation.The system uses fuzzy evaluation tools and fuzzy clustering algorithm,and through the evaluation of the teaching effect of teachers’ preparation for lessons,lecture,homework,teaching attitude,teacher’s quality,teaching content and teaching ability,we can get the final evaluation of teaching effect and promote the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability.The specific development and design uses Android platform system,MySQL database as back-end database,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,dyn amic evaluation algorithm of teaching quality,data mining as key technologies.In development,it uses JAVA language,Android platform,and the database management system uses MySQL database as the system database platform,which makes the system run efficiently and maintenance cost low.The system includes six modules: user identity authentication,basic information of teaching evaluation,scheme setting of teaching evaluation,user online teaching evaluation,system analysis of evaluation result and system settings management.The tests and applications show that the system runs stably,has friendly interface,simple operation,has good grouping effect,and can meet the needs of teaching effect evaluation,and also can urge teachers to adjust and optimize their own teaching plan in time,change teaching methods,improve teachers’ teaching skills and improve their teaching ability,which will play a guiding role in improving teaching effect and teaching reform in the future.
