The Chinese economy has long been characterized by high growth,high energy consumption,and high pollution,but one of the important reasons is that energy efficiency is generally low.Improving energy and environmental efficiency is a strategic choice for China's long-term development.In order to solve the resource and environmental problems,the country's overall energy efficiency improvement target is broken down into improvement goals for each province.However,under the combined influence of different economic structures,technological levels,and energy environmental efficiency models,China's interprovincial energy environment efficiency does not exist independently,but has a large spatial correlation with other provinces.In the correlation of energy environment efficiency space,under the complex network structure,effectively measure the efficiency of China's energy environment,analyze the network structure and influencing fa ctors of China's energy efficiency and environmental efficiency,and clarify the current status of energy network structure of energy efficiency in each province.And role role.Based on the relationship data and network perspective,this paper measures th e energy efficiency data of China's energy consumption from 2000 to 2016,and builds an improved gravity model to determine the space for energy consumption.Use a non-radial,non-angle,double-guided window DEA model.The overall characteristics of China's energy-saving environmental efficiency network structure are measured by four indicators: network density,network correlation,network hierarchy and network efficiency.Through the block model analysis,the network structure state of spatial correlation of energy environment efficiency and the location and role of each province in the section are clarified,and then the relationship between the sections is analyzed in detail.The spatial correlation of inter-provincial energy efficiency in China shows a relatively complex network structure,and each province is in a spatially connected network.Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Tianjin,Anhui and other provinces are the most prominent in the network.They play the role of “engine” in optimizing energy efficiency networks and are the main driving force for improving efficiency;Heilongjiang,Jilin,Hunan,Shaanxi,Ningxia are economically affected.The horizontal limit is at the edge of the network.Block model analysis,Beijing and other seven regions are in the center of the network,playing a leading role belongs to the "pure spill plate",six regional sectors such as Jiangxi Province show its two-way "leadership" role,Jilin and other seven provinces occupy an important role in the network Status belongs to the role of “broker”;10 provinces such as Qinghai are “net profit segments” and are marginal actors in the network structure.The spatial network structure associated with the inter-provincial energy environment efficiency is continuously optimized,and the energy environment efficiency between provinces achieves synergy.Applying the characteristics of the spatial network structure related to interprovincial energy efficiency in China,according to the economic development of each province,a differentiated regional energy efficiency strategy is formulated.
