Since the reform and opening up to date,China's economy has developed at full speed,and has made remarkable achievements in the world,creating a miracle of "China's speed".But it is undeniable that there are serious problems and hidden dangers in the economic development behind the brilliant achievements.Firstly,the rapid development of extensive economy based on high input of energy resources has resulted in the depletion of natural resources and the deterioration of the environment.Secondly,there are many problems in energy utilization in China,such as high energy input,low output and so on.Due to the geographical differences and the policy bias in economic development,the efficiency of energy production and utilization in China presents a great deal of land.Regional differences.These problems and hidden dangers have hindered the further improvement of the quality and speed of China's economic development.From the point of view of national and international conditions,as regional ties become closer,regional development becomes more focused on coordination and balance,How to strengthen the energy relationship between regions to promote the overall energy efficiency has become a major research topic around the world.It can be seen that the spatial correlation study of interprovincial energy efficiency in China can provide a new breakthrough for solving the energy problem in China.Based on the input-output data of 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions(excluding Tibet)in China from 1997 to 2015,this paper first uses DEA model to measure and analyze the energy efficiency among provinces,and finds that there are significant regional differences in energy efficiency among provinces in China.The eastern region is the highest,the western region is the lowest,and the central region is in the middle,and the depressed state of energy technology efficiency is the main factor restricting the growth of energy efficiency in China.Then the spatial concentration of inter-provincial energy efficiency is analyzed by using the global and local Moran's I index.The results show that there is a significant gap in the overall inter-provincial energy efficiency in China.From the concrete distribution of agglomeration,the provinces located in the "high" agglomeration area are mostly economically developed provinces along the eastern coast,while the provinces located in the "low" agglomeration areas are mostly distributed in the economically backward areas of the central and western regions.Finally,the social network modelis used to analyze the spatial correlation spillover effects of inter-provincial energy efficiency in China.The results show that different regions have different status and role in spatial spillover correlation network.The economically developed provinces in the eastern region play a strong spatial spillover effect,the western region is in a weak position in the network,and the central region acts as an intermediary to connect the eastern and western regions.At the same time,the inter-provincial energy efficiency of China is connected.The moving map can be divided into four different functional blocks.The provinces of the first plate act as the "engine" of the whole network,and its promotion to the third and fourth plates is not directly realized,but through the conduction of the second plate.In this paper,the research on spatial correlation of inter-provincial energy efficiency in China is helpful to improve the measurement theory of energy efficiency in China theoretically,and provide a new perspective for the study of spatial spillover relationship of energy efficiency between provinces in China.We can find the weak link in the whole energy efficiency of our country,put forward the regional cooperation mechanism and policy suggestion to solve the problem of the regional energy efficiency of our country,thus help to improve the overall energy efficiency of our country and promote the healthy and sustainable development of our country's economy.
