With the rapid development of the electronic information industry,single crystal material processing technology is receiving more and more attention.,in which accurate cutting of single crystal materials is a key process.At present,X-ray directional instrument using X-ray diffraction technology is widely used in crystal defect type detection and crystal directional cutting because of its high measurement accuracy,high degree of automation and the advantages of not easily damaging the crystal surface.Traditional power frequency X-ray directional instruments have been gradually phased out due to their large size,poor X-ray quality,low measurement accuracy,and low stability.In order to produce stable and high-quality X-rays,a small high-voltage power supply that can work outdoors is designed in this paper.The power supply core includes a power supply system and a control system.The high-voltage power system includes an adjustable power supply,an inverter circuit,a high-frequency transformer,and a voltage doubler rectifier circuit.Among them,the adjustable power supply is powered by the battery,the rectifier circuit uses a thyristor inverter circuit,the rectifier circuit uses a multiple voltage rectifier circuit,and realized a 30 kV high-voltage output function.The control system consists of an automatic voltage regulation circuit and a protection circuit,which realized functions such as automatic voltage regulation and over-voltage and over-current alarm protection.The power supply realized feedback adjustment of the high voltage value through PI adjustment,so that the system reached a stable state.Finally,this paper realized the design of high-frequency high-voltage power supply with high voltage 0-30 kV and beam current 0-1 mA continuously adjustable.After the long time test,the device is in stable working condition and has good loadcapacity.Its main features are small size,field operation,good stability,easy installation and maintenance,and can be widely used in industrial fields.
